 滚筒筛适用范围：

      滚筒筛是物料筛选设备。滚筒筛顾名思义：滚动似圆筒的筛分设备，也叫圆筒筛，无轴滚筒筛，圆形回转筛。其原理是电机通过减速机驱动滚筒支架轴进行转动，滚筒圆周覆盖不同孔径的筛网，滚筒成水平倾斜不知，物料由高端流向低端，达到边流动且边筛分的效果，即为滚筒筛分设备。广泛用于电力、矿山、冶金、建材，化工等行业的原煤、碎石等物料的筛分和分级。滚筒筛具有运行平稳、噪音小、密封好、使用性能可靠、不易堵筛、寿命长、维修工作量小且检修方便等优点。

滚筒筛工作原理：

       滚筒筛主要有电机、减速机、滚筒装置、机架、密封盖、进出料口组成。滚筒装置倾斜安装于机架上。电动机经 减速机与滚筒装置通过联轴器连接在一起，驱动滚筒装置绕其轴线转动。当物料进入滚筒装置后，由于滚筒装置的倾斜与转动，使筛面上的物料翻转与滚动,使合格物料（筛下产品）经筛孔排出，不合格物料（筛上物料）经滚筒末端排出。
